  1. YES!! AT LAST I MET SOMEONE YG HAD HARD TIME READING THIS KIND OF NOTE/MSG.

I bukan susah nak baca je mila... I HATE ORG YG BG MSG ADA 'EW' DLM WORDS... this is rempit style ok... u nak hantar msg kat minah or mamat rempit ok la mcm ni... sikit2 mana yg patut dah la kan utk meringkaskan, JGN LA MEMENINGKAN. kalau i, i x hingin pun baca inikan pulak nak reply. lantak kau la kata sombong ke apa... podah!

  2. "Hye! Morning miss sombong, nak chat ke?

Raya hari tu tak balik kampung ke?

    kenapa lama tak *error 404*?

eh kampung you kat mana eh? You stay di mana sekarang?"

Gosh, took me around 10 minutes to decipher it, but the 'ctt' got me thinking..

    i hate sms languages. haha

  3. gosh that made me twitch. i truly loath these abomination to written language. it's understandable to shorten the stuff but the 'ews' and 'unk' and annoying tone that play in my head reading this...

the really bad thing is that i find this in technical forums as well.

    darn it's annoying.

  4. Skutz, Chan & Tea,

Annoying kan? Ni semua perasan french lah agaknya. Using alphabets lavishly. Like nak kemaner, sikit jer, yer ker... Goodness gracious! Nak baca pun sakit dada.

If it is used for smses i could understand the limited characters offered on the screen. But this was freakin email. Unlimited pages and characters. Kedekut sungguh nak type penuh penuh kan? Grrrr....

And oh! by the way... Thanks Chan for the translation :P you're good, you're really good.

  5. Be rest assured that I text in full. No shortcuts and no "x" or ler or any of those words that you would at least take 1 hour to decipher. I even type of Thank You instead of just TQ :)

I think "npew lm x ctt?" translates to "kenapa lama tak chat?" perhaps? :))

  7. Salam, came here from Sir Pok Deng. I once received an sms from a nephew and took a few hours before I could totally understand the message. I'd tear my hair out if I receive another one like this.
